This project was done during a “Perspective Systems and Rendering” course at CSULB. In this project students were asked to develop a scene with basic geometric shapes sitting in a puddle of water/liquid (adds the illusion of vertical reflections) . After the construction of the scene, students were asked to render the scene and to give each geometric shape a unique material.

The goal behind this project was to challenge students to create a scene filled with geometric shapes using technical perspective systems and to expose them to different types of rendering skill when it comes different materials.

  • Knowledge of Technical Perspective Systems
  • Hand-Drafting Capabilities
  • Hand-Rendering Skills (Marker, Pencil and Pastel)
