This project is a product of a “Three-Dimensional” course. The ideology behind this project was to introduce frameworks and structure to support a form. In this sculpture, a steel wire mesh (Chicken-Wire) was used to create the frame. Then a putty made out of sawdust, modge-podge, and wood glue was used to form the skin of the sculpture. In the final stage after the laying down the putty on the frame, the skin was shaped and smoothened with bare hands using water and wet sand paper.
